The client will interview and hire tomorrow, if we have a candidate. I need a Sr./Lead Java Developer for our client in Edina, MN. Need a Senior guy 8-10+ years exp and must have good communication skills. Must have JPA, JSF, Portal, and Websphere Application Server exp. Look at other skills needed below.  They are looking for a technically strong candidate who can communicate clearly and work with little to no direction.  Send qualified candidates at the rate that backs up their experience.
 
Full name, phone, email address and rate needed required on all replies.
Duration is 4+ months to start. Need someone to start ASAP.
Local is preferred, however they will take out of state. Will hire over the phone, if out of state.
 
 
 
Java-specific skills: The first 4 skills listed below are an absolute must and the candidate must be experienced with them.
·         JPA 2.0 or equivalent
·         JSF 2.0 & facelets
·         Websphere Application Server V6+
·         Portal & portal themes
·         Richfaces & AJAX
·         JMS
·         SOA, but we're moving away from SOAP
·         RAD and / or Eclipse
·         WAS server configuration skills & server infrastructure skills are a plus
Looking for more of a lead at this point 8+ years - great communication skills - Local is desired but not required.

Perhaps you should think about a Quad-Core or Tri-Core PC, your's is dual-core, then it may have the video upgrades already. Plus, I know some OEM's like HP make adding video card upgrades a nightmare, too.

In the past, I switched out the motherboard of a HP/Compaq because of the power supply being non-standard.

Hope some of the others have better info for you...

Hi, I'm planin on uprating my graphics card but it requires much higher power input, I have an HP A6000 series computer and planing to install a EVGA PSI express bridgeable video card, I was told that my computer requires special size power pack, is it true? So will I be able to find a power source good enough to run my gaming card smoothly?I know my powerpack is not even close to the requirements to run my video card if you guys need the video card specs just let me know. I just have no idea how to work this out.

If you really want to stop advertising consider this modification of your HOSTS file. All ads are redirected to 'nul' (?)

Note: on my machine sometimes ad supported videos won't play. For me the solution was to write a small BAT (batch) file that toggles my current fully modified HOSTS file with a blank generic one. I have to shut down my browser (FF4), run the BAT file then reopen. I repeat the process to re-engage ad blocking.
