Alan's tip about Disk Management should work on both computers, but I'm not sure he made it clear how to get to it.

One way is to right click on you My Computer icon, then click "Manage".

In the next window, you should see "Disk Management" listed in the STorage section.

Open that, and right click the drive that you want to assign a letter to.
