You can't make it automatically come up with the same letter every time,
because that is a system function. BUT, all versions of Windows allows
you to re-assign drive letters (with the exception of the system/boot
drive).
Once its plugged in and shows up in Explorer, you can re-assign it
whatever letter you want.
