If you go to www.hp.com  they have great free help just post in e mail to them or try calling them for free help 1 800 Ok Compaq that should help you .

I have asked a site which is supposed to give me an answer on what to do but have gotten nothing so far. My cartridges are stuck in the extreme right of the machine, got that way after I cleared a paper jam.

Anyone got any ideas on how to unstick?
