It's probably something you clicked on without thinking when you were installing something else.

If it isn't causing any problems, I wouldn't worry too much.

From the message you're getting, it probably left behind the folder that it was installed into, which may be empty, or may have a few misc. files left behind.

You can open Windows Explorer (not Internet Explorer) and search around in the Programs folder for any folder with a name like PC ultra speed, or something similar.

If the program was legit, you can probably just delete the whole folder. Or just leave it alone for now, to see how things act.

If you're concerned, CCleaner and Revo Uninstaller are good at removing leftover pieces of programs.
