It would help a lot to know which operating system you are using. In
general, the problem is most likely a corrupted recycle bin and you will
have to delete the old one and let Windows create a new one. The
technique to do this depends on your version of Windows. You can check
some of these results from Google, or do a more refined search with your
operating system as some of the key words in the search box.
