Hi,

If you have your computer reloaded and fully updated including all drivers and a free anti-virus...then I suggest you get an external drive and a make a back up with a software such as Acronis. Acronis will have you make a bootable media disk so that if you have a future failure and wish to restore your backup you boot from the CD, Acronis then loads your backup onto your primary drive FROM the backup drive. You reboot and you're back in business.

For me, I have Acronis make backups DAILY to a secondary drive so I can choose to go back several days as needed.
