[Simply Computers] BLOCKED OPERATING SYSTEM

 

One of my friend came to me seeking for help 'bout his laptop Acer, Aspire 5742. I tried to start and it came with Bluesreen. At the right bottom there's a message "Windows 7, Build 7600. this copy of windows is not genuine. I tried to restart so many times and suddenly there's a message asking for reactivation. So I presumed the OS being used was blocked by MS.
Could someone out there help us how to reformat the system. I tried to insert my OS Cd but it couldn't read by the DVD Rom.
