[Simply Computers] Good CPU cooler for AM3 socket?

I've got Phenom II X2 560 3.3 Ghz on Asus M4A88TD-V motherboard

Unlocked the other 2 cores, so it is basically Phenom II X4 B60

With the stock AMD cooler it idles at 30C and goes to 60C within few minutes under Prime95. I do not want to go above 60C, so I aborted the Prime when the cpu hit 60 degree C. Also, the fan on the heatsink is loud even when CPU is idle and it is at 2200 RPM.

While i am typing this i see

MB 25C
CPU 30C
CPU fan 2156 rpm
Chassi fan 1126
Power fan 1214

Other fans are 120mm really quiet onces, but the CPU fan is terrible.

So, anyone can suggest a good CPU cooler for the Phenom II (AM3 socket)? Ideally i'd like it to work with original retention plate of my motherboard, but i am open to replacing the plate. My priority is cooling performace of the noise but I still wanted to get something less loud than the stock. I prefer heatsink but am open for a liquid if it not too expensive (below $70).

I am fine with 30C idle but I'd like to keep it below 60 under load and I do plan to try overclocking it.

The case is spacious (HAF 912) and the air that coming out of it is pretty cool.

Thanks a lot!

P.S. I tried Hyper 101 and did not fit at all, had to return.
