[Simply Computers] Help choosing a new graphic card

Hello everybody,

I just joined this group and this is my first post. I hope I can get some suggestions from other members about a new graphic card.

I consider myself a veteran when it comes to computers, started around 1996 with a 386 with 4MB RAM and 128MB disk. Since then till now, computer is part of my everyday life. But ..... I have been having a hard time to choose a new graphic card, so many options available and, on top of that, I have some constraints.

Let's start with my current (modest) configuration, that will probably help determine which card would be better for me:

MOBO: ASUS M2N-E (http://support.asus.com/cpusupport/list.aspx?SLanguage=en&p=1&s=24&m=M2N-E&os=&hashedid=NFlvt10av3F7ayQ9)
CPU: AMD 970 4 Core @3.5GHz with an after mark heatsink (super silent)
6GB RAM DDR2 PC6400
1 SSD Patriot Inferno (120GB, used only for OS)
1 RAID 2TB (2 x 1TB WD 3GB SATA)
1 HD WD 2TB SATA 3GB (used only for back up)
1 ATI x1650 graphic card (with an adapted fan on top of the heatsink to reduce noise)
1 Monitor LCD Asus 26".
Power supply (don't remember the brand): 450W (super silent)
Running Win 7 professional 64 bits

My current bottleneck is the graphic card (3.4 score in Win 7 user experience). All other computer parts are between 7.0 and 7.5.

I would like very much to get a card which is fanless or that produces a minimum of noise (noise is an issue to me, that's why the comments for the CPU heatsink and power supply).

My budget is up to $130 (I'm in the US).

I found this card:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814161374

Which, according to my research on the net, is the fastest available fanless card today.

Details of its performance:

There are few others, but all with fan.

I will be glad to hear suggestions from other members. Even cards that use fan, and if possible, how noise they are.

Thank you.
Emerson.
