[Simply Computers] Re: Gmail site blinks on laptop

 

When it's blinking, try moving the IE window to the side or shrinking it down (Minimizing it to the taskbar) to see if there's an error message box behind it.

Usually when the title bar is blinking, Windows is trying to get your attention for some reason. However, the reason may be being displayed on your desktop behing the IE window, instead of on top of it, where you can see it.
