Wow! Landesk! I haven't heard that name in a long time!
I'm not sure what you mean by not having access to the core server, but if you mean you don't have access to the Administrator account, you do.
Just logoff your current username then reboot into Safe Mode (when booting, start tapping the F8 key just before you would expect to see the Windows logo. You'll get a menu that has Safe Mode in it.)
In the Safe Mode login screen, you should see your regular username, along with the Administrator account. Try opening the Administrator account.
If you don't have the password, you can Google for help on removing the Administrator password in XP.
Once you have Administrator access, see if you can remove the program. If not, you can contact their help desk at www.landesk.com
