Yes ... and no.
If you buy a printer with a wireless adapter built in, it's fairly simple to set up.
If your router has a USB port that allows you to connect a printer and thus turn the printer into a wireless printer, then it is also fairly easy to setup.
If your router does not have a USB input for printers, and if your printer does not have a wireless adapter built in, then it's harder.
You will need to purchase a wireless "printer server". Many companies sell them. I used an Airlink 101 (a cheap brand from Fry's) for years.
