[Simply Computers] Start button and task bar disppeared in Windows 7

 

Hi group members

I have Windows 7 computer that I just bought last year. I am having a problem . The task bar including start button has totally disppeared.I read a lot on the internet and tried everything but nothing is working. I tried the following:
1. Dragging with mouse from other locations but the task bar is nowhere.
2.I tried explorer.exe , run , and new task type of thing but no luck.
3. Through control panel when I try to access start button and task bar option by clicking on it, it even does not open .I click on task bar and start button option , nothing happens, but I am able to open all other options.

Would you please help me in getting back task bar and start button back as it is very uncomfortable to use computer without these features.
