[The Computer Hardware Technician] Help Please??

 

I am trying to play a game and it tells me this.

" it apptears you have an OLD GRAPGHIC card which is not capable of running this 3D program (D3DPMISCCAPS_NULLREFERENCE)

ANY WAY TO FIX THIS BY DOWNLOADING ANYTHING??
