Role : Project Manager - Hardware Practices.
Exp. : 10+ yrs
Work location : Pune
Desired Domain Experince : Automotive/Process Industry

Job Description

Project Management

Resource planning and achieve utilization goals
Ability to manage and motivate cross functional team to achieve the desired goals
Must be self-directed with ability to handle detailed tasks as well as provide development summaries to senior level management
2+ years of product development experience of high tech products
Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Understand key technologies used in automotive and industrial products.

Technical Expereince

Experiene with microprocessor based real-time control systems.
Experience with electronic hardware design - specifically the digital care, interfacing sensors, and I/O circuits.
Experience with Bootloaders, C programming language, and structured programming techniques required.
Experience with model based controls development, Matlab/Simulink/State flow, code generation tools, embedded operating systems, and DSPs is preferred.
Experience working within a structured product development process.
Expereince implementing communication protocols such as CAN/J1939 or TCP/IP.
Experience with engine control and/or power generation control systems.
Experience with Industrial control systems using PLC, SCADA.
Experience in handling design and testing bottleneck during the development of products (Powertrain components preferred).
