RE: [Simply Computers] Bootable Cd

 

Hi,

Since your objective seems to be to run DOS
dependent software why not create a Virtual DOS partition?

BTW you cannot just "format" a CD except by using
CD burning tools designed for the purpose. I use
Nero (ver 6 [yeah, yeah, I know]) and there is an
option to burn either a bootable CD or DVD. I
have to point to the appropriate system files such as IO.sys etc.
