The next time this happens take good notes. What were you doing just
before it blue screens? Quote the message verbatim, that is,
word-for-word especially if there is a STOP message - that line will
help a bunch. How long between each crash? Once a day? Or once an
hour? Or...? When did this start? Did you install any new software
about this same time?

We'll probably ask for more information as this thread goes along
such as do you have current, up-to-date virus protection?

At any rate, start by hitting Reply - so as to include your original
message (seen below) - and answer the questions I've posed. In
addition, always use Reply and keep both all preceeding posts but
also continue under the same Subject.

We should be able to help.
