Hi,

Looking at this site
http://www.pacs-portal.co.uk/startup_search.php
it seems that the file might be called DAMon.exe for Dell Alert utility.

Or possibly DSAgnt.exe for Dell Service Agent

BTW, DISKNAG is a Dell program to nag you to make a backup.

There is more on the link above - I searched on
Dell and got 135 hits. Here's another:
