The Dell Support Center is included on every new Dell these days. I don't really use it much but it
can be a handy program for technical info about your Dell - system info, drivers and downloads,
system updates, manual, hard drive status etc.

If you're having a problem with it, you can simply uninstall it in Programs and Features in the
Control Panel (or Add/Remove Programs in XP), then download a new version from the Dell website.
I've done this a couple of times on Dell machines and it worked fine.
