You can always right click on the tube file and click on open with.
See if it is already set to open with the PSP software. If it's not then
select the PSP software and see if it will open. If it does, then do it again
and make sure the check off the box that says "Always use the selected
program to open this kind of file"
Good luck,
Jeff

I just reinstalled it and it still doesn't show the tubes. I have PSP 9
in and I also have PSP 11. I haven't had 11 in in a while. It is not
installed. I have been using 9.
Is there something else I can do.
I thank you for your help.
Phyllis

Hi Phyllis
I have Paint Shop Pro, also, so I know what a "tube" is ... however,
people who don't have PSP may not know what you mean.
Does you PSP work OK other than the items that you mentioned?
It sounds like when you had you computer cleaned out, one or more files
that PSP uses may have gotten removed.
Another possibility is that your computer no longer knows to associate the
files that don't open with PSP.
Either way, you should be able to solve all problems simply by
reinstalling PSP.
You don't need to remove it first, just reinstall it directly into the
same place that it is already installed.

the picture or tube right away on my desktop. Now all I see is my Paint
Shop Pro Icon. No picture visible. If I had a picture of one of my family
members put on my desktop, I could see who it is, now all I see is a blank
page. I would like to have that back. I am sending a screen shot of what
it looks like now.
