[Simply Computers] CPU external frequency setting

Since I changed to a wireless keyboard and mouse I have been having difficulty with bootup which I have aired here previously, as well as contacting microsoft and Logitec, all without a fix.

This morning when it failed to boot I got a message in the settings which said:
"During the last bootup your system hung up for an impropper frequency combination. Make sure the frequency conforms to the specifications of your CPU.DIMM and other connected devices."

The CPU external frequency setting was indicating 200/33 which I accepted and saved.

I have a Intel Pentium 4 - 3.0 GHZ - 800 Mhz CPU.

Could anyone advise what are the best settings for me and hopefully it may also fix my boot up problem when the wireless equipment is attached.

Direction to some relevant computer information I could read on the subkect would also be appreciated.

Brian DJ.
