[Simply Computers] Re: Help

Hi Phyllis

I have Paint Shop Pro, also, so I know what a "tube" is ... however, people who don't have PSP may not know what you mean.

Does you PSP work OK other than the items that you mentioned?

It sounds like when you had you computer cleaned out, one or more files that PSP uses may have gotten removed.

Another possibility is that your computer no longer knows to associate the files that don't open with PSP.

Either way, you should be able to solve all problems simply by reinstalling PSP.

You don't need to remove it first, just reinstall it directly into the same place that it is already installed.
