Hi, Joyce

This seems so straight forward that I think we must be missing
important information. It should be File | Save (or Save_As) where
next you are presented with a navigation window to allow you to click
on My_Documents then on the folder you wish, then OK.

If this is what you are doing and it is not working for you explain
more in detail what occurs for you and what goes wrong.
