I am following this thread closely
I had this problem a few years back, with an ASUS system.
When I contacted ASUS Tech support, even after warranty, they have answered me
the following: This problem is a hardware problem
1)Change the memory chips or rotate them one for the other
2) reboot in safe mode
If the problem persist, it means your mother board is at fault.
I mailed ASUS the MB and they mailed me a new mother board without a cost to me.
Email the mother board manufacturer and send them the ERROR message.
