Re: [Simply Computers] Restoring My Outlook 2007 Address Book

I don't think you mentioned that before.

You can Export just the contacts to a single file, then import them into the new Outlook, rather than typing by hand.

When I use the import feature in outlook, I am unable to find the proper file on my portable drive. I believe I may have made an error in that I copied a folder called address book to my portable. When I attempt to import the address book back to Outlook 2007 I am prompted for a file name and not the address book folder I copied originally. Is there a way to fix this? Any help would be appreciated.
