found this, which does suggest the folders will be included.

Yes, your folders, attachments and downloads, as well as other elements
belonging to the message directly will be imported. See step 5 of the
set-up for an option to create a label to attach to all the emails
imported from the other account. Learn more about the differences
between labels and folders./
