[Simply Computers] computer idiot

 

one night during drunk surfing,i did some thing to mine.now when i go to open the net i get asked which program i want to use to open file?.it recommands adobe 8.1 or internet explorer microsost corp?.it says that if the program i want inot on the list, i can click to browsethe web.when i try to download some thing and click on RUN it opens up to the same window of what PROGRAM I WANT TO OPEN WITH!!!!!!!Sorry,but you do not know how many times this computer was gonna' fly thru the window!once i fix that i want to reboot and start fresh.but i need to save some pixs/vids and music. i own a HP Pavilion 2700 notebook,3.0 GB(RAM),32-bit.

can some one help me?i need this to work right cuz the weather down here will be nasty this year.i live in hurricane land.
