Hi, I am a new member with a problem.
I am getting a message that I am almost out of disc space. I have an Acer laptop, Aspire 5050 with Vista Home Premium. 120 GB HDD, 1 GB DDR2, up to 256 MB ATI Radeon Xpress 1100 HyperMemory.
I also have an external hard drive that I thought I had moved a lot of stuff to, but could I have missed doing something that didn't take the stuff off my laptop ???
I use Avast for my anti-virus program. I did a scan and found two things that I deleted.
But there was also a bunch of things in my graphic folder, free graphics, and there was an error #42125, that the file was corrupted. When I came back, the scan was over and
that info was gone. Can I find them to delete them ?? I also had an error 42127 that CAB archive is corrupted.
I am not a novice, but maybe intermediate user ?? But this has be stumped and confused.
Can anyone help me get more of my disc space back ???
Thanks,
Dorothy
