[Simply Computers] Re: Window 7 failed to start

 

Yes, I got the same error when I tried to reinstall Win 7 on top of a current installatioin, after I'd changed the BIOS SATA configuration from AHCI to standard SATA.

Don't know what you've done to cause the error ... perhaps if you told us some more of the history of this computer, we would be able to help you.

Did the laptop come with Win7? Are you using a recovery disk that came with the computer, one you made from the computer, or one you got from somewhere else?
