[Simply Computers] Upgrading to ie 8 or 9 ?

 

Using ie 7.0 with vista hp 32 bit and was wondering about upgrading to ie 8 or 9; why do it or should i stick with 7.0; which is less flaky and not beta; what are the pros and cons of both and should anything be done before i upgrade or right i upgrade to get it to run better etc ?
 
And lastly what if ie 8 or 9 stinks and i want to get back to 7 is that doable ?  thanks . .
