From what I can read, blacklisting is an attempt to limit email the receiver doesn't want at the individual level. At the ISP level it's an attempt to protect servers from being overwhelmed by spam.
It would seem an arduous process to track down. Might be easier to contact the recipients who aren't getting your emails and find out if you are blocked.
