Hi Don,

try download a new browser from other computer/s and use your flash drive or other removable devices to transfer the installer to your computer and install it.., if that solves your problem..

P.S: uninstall the old browser first before installing a new one..

Hi,
My desktop computer started a download of a "firefox" update.

The computer was shut down before the update was complete. 
Now I can't access the internet with any program.

I'm writing this on a laptop.

How can I down load any browser if I can't access the "net"?
