How about using Internet Explorer that, most likely, came with your desktop computer?

After sorting things out, I suggest you install Online Armor.

Hi,

My desktop computer started a download of a "firefox" update.

The computer was shut down before the update was complete. 

Now I can't access the internet with any program.

I'm writing this on a laptop.

How can I down load any browser if I can't access the "net"?
