[Simply Computers] Re: cant download new updates

 

Problems like this are often caused by malware.

What have you done to address that? What is your antivirus software? is it up to date? have you run Malwarebytes in Safe Mode? what did it find?

If all this is Geek to you, let us know and we'll walk you through it.
