I doubt that the Google certificate hack would cause your problem.
If you cannot get to Google at all, your computer may have malware that is interfering with it.
Is it only Google that you can't get to?
Try downloading the free Superantispyware and running it. Delete anything bad that it finds.
You can do a search for it at www.download.com. Be sure to click the Download Now button, not one of the ads.
