I dont think it would be the graphics card as the same one is used in
the functioning
install with the same driver version.
I did update the driver version through windows update to the latest
version but the problem
remains.
It is a 7600 GT which is old but its the last gfx card i could find that
supports
windows 2000 drivers wise.
