[Simply Computers] Re: New XP Pro installation high CPU load

 

If you got the drivers via Windows update,that could be the issue as Windows Video driver are never current. Go to the maker of the card and get the driver there .

Video drivers can indeed do some strange things to a computer .
I have seen this many times .
