RE: [Simply Computers] Has anybody Received a Phishing Email from 'Yahoo!' ?

It does seem phish oriented. What's the worst case from ignoring it? I'd
delete it.

Subject: [Simply Computers] Has anybody Received a Phishing Email from
'Yahoo!' ?

I received a 'Yahoo!' email at 22:50 on the 27th November 2010, purporting
to be a query as to whether I wish to continue with one of my two Yahoo!
email accounts (I was under the impression that Yahoo and Google email
accounts are 2GB or unlimited; I have had this account for about 10 years
and have never received a query asking me to confirm whether I wish to
continue The email says it is shutting down some Yahoo accounts due to
congestion, and that my account has been selected I am asked to confirm
whether I wish to continue using the account by clicking onto a link in the
email message

Is this a phishing email to elicit my account password?

RSVP I await your opinons and will be grateful for your input Please
reply as soon as possible for I fear loosing my Yahoo account due to a lack
of response to the query email

Thank You
Andre
