With this one(http://www.z-a-recovery.com/digital-image-recovery.htm) the intial set up went very well. The next came 'Enumerating devices. I selected 'Disk 3-Generic SD/MMC. It showed as capacity 0B. Then came the message 'It is not possible to process this device because its size appears to be zero. I would also like to mention that I tried by inserting the SD card in the computer card slot . I also tweaked it by connecting the camera to the computer but no luck.
Any suggestions?
