Yes, it's strange that it only happens on Facebook.
Safe mode is nothing to be afraid of. Everything will look different when in Safe Mode, but will be back to normal after you reboot.
I would like you to use Safe Mode just as a test, and not delete anything yet.
Just use Facebook for awhile in Safe Mode, to see if the computer restarts or not.
You will actually need to use "Safe Mode with Networking" so that you'll be able to use the Internet.
When your computer boots up, just start tapping the F8 key on your keyboard before you would expect to see the first Windows logo.
You should get the Troubleshooting Menu ... use the arrow keys on the keyboard to select Safe Mode with Networking.
You may not like how Safe Mode looks, but remember you're only using it for a test.
Access Facebook like you normally do, and see if you have the same problems.
