A reinstall will still not put drivers on if you do not have a driver disk
with your computer I.e a system disk, not the Microsoft CD.

You need to go to the web site to download drivers for your computer.

Look at this page before you do yet another OS install.

That is true but obviously something isn't installed correctly and a total
redo and installing everything again will hopefully fix it. If it didn't
happen to me once before I wouldn't have suggested it.
