Tell us something about your computer.....also what kind of cable modem do you have?....who is your ISP?...do you have a router in your network?

The guy messages my son when he does it. He says... 'Did you enjoy your internet crashing? That was DDOS, want me to do it again?'
What happens on my end... 'receive' light on cable modem goes solid... my internet becomes unresponsive, for up to 15 minutes at a time.
I have tried to get my ISP to change my IP addy, but they say they can't.. lol.
I have repeatedly reported him to XBox, what a joke.
At a loss now...
