To receive the best advice, please answer the following questions:

1. What exactly is the problem you are experiencing?
2. What do you click/type, what do you expect to happen, what happens instead?
3. What error messages do you get? Please be as specific as possible. That is, when exactly do you get the error message, and what is the ENTIRE content of the error message?
4. What changes have you made around the time the problem started?
