Normally, a file can only be seen by a program, like Firefox, Windows Mail,
Open Office, Word, Word Perfect, etc. You would send the file to the
printer from the program. What program is open when you try to print? What
action do you take to print?
Doing a restore to a few days back might fix it. Have you removed any
program in the recent past?
Word Perfect files are stored in a format dictated by Word Perfect, and the
command to print includes information about that format. There are other
programs that 'know' the proper format; "Open Office" knows many. It may be
able to print your Word Perfect Documents.
The "extension" of the file name tells what the normal program to handle the
file is. It is the (usually) three letters at the end of the file name.
What is the extension of the files you want to print?
