[Simply Computers] Re: Gateway computer problem

 

Make sure you have Autoplay turned on:

Control Panel, Hardware and Sound, Autoplay

Also, did your Sony camera come with any software? did you install it on your computer?

You may need to reinstall it to fix any driver conflicts.
