[Simply Computers] Update error 0x80070002

HP Presario CQ61 411WM Notebook
AMD Sempron (tm) M120 2.10 Ghz
2.00 GB
64bit

I got the following error today while doing backup:

Backup encountered a problem while backing up file C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\Searches. Error:(The system cannot find the file specified. (0x80070002))

Would someone be able to explain this to me please and if it's something important a fix would greatly be appreciated.
