* Object Orientated Software Development in the following environment:
C#, Visual <http://Basic.NET> Basic.NET, VBScript, JavaScript, HTML, XML,
CSS, T-SQL, XSLT, .NET Framework 2.0 - 4.0. <http://ASP.NET> ASP.NET
WebForms, <http://ADO.NET> ADO.NET, WCF, ASMX Web Services, Ajax, Classic
ASP, jQuery, SQL Server 2005/2008, IIS6, IIS7, TFS
* Experience: SharePoint 2007/2010, BizTalk, Sybase, DB2, ARR, Crystal
Reports
* Previous experience as a software development team lead, preferably
on a .NET web based application architecture and design
* Previous experience of successful knowledge-transfer to other team
members
* Demonstrated industry best practices in software design and
development throughout the SDLC process
* Advanced understanding of OOP, S.O.L.I.D. principles, agile
methodologies and object oriented design patterns

o Previous SharePoint 2007/2010 application development with webparts,
event receivers, workflows, content management and content deployment is
highly desirable

o A working knowledge of BizTalk development and architecture

* Solid knowledge of relational database design and concepts
* Experience with MSBuild and TFSBuild projects
* Ability to profile .NET applications, T-SQL, and JavaScript for
performance issues using various tools such as perfmon, the Visual Studio
Analyzer, SQL Profiler, FireBug, and the F12 development tools. Proficiency
in similar profiling tools, such as JetBrain's dotTrace
* Any experience with Sharepoint 2010 upgrade preferred

. Good communication and negotiation skills in order to interact
with site peers, local management and executives on technical issues on
project planning.

. Has demonstrated creativity in assignments and leadership in
technical field of specialization

. Has made extensive use of improved programming/analysis technology
