Financial company, but financial experience is not required.

Here is an updated job description. The candidate needs to have good
knowledge on the following:

1. C++/Unix skills

2. - Good on data structures

3. - C memory concepts, malloc, free - pointer questions. How memory is
allocated deleted etc.

4. - C++ - VIRTUAL functions, must be very good in virtual concepts.

5. - Networking concepts, sockets, shared memory

6. - Static keyword usages in c and c++.

7. - Overloading and overriding in depth understanding, name mangling.

8. - xsl and xml understanding will be additional plus.

9. - shell scripting

10. - STL, map implementation - uses of maps when they give practical
problems.

11. - Good understanding of unix processes, scheduling.

12. - Apart from all these he/she should able to understand code
snippets, debug and fix quickly.

Please make sure that the profile highlights hands on experience and not
much of project management experience. The resume needs to ideally showcase
the recent experiences and his individual contribution in the project.
