First clean your computer with compressed air , remove dust , put it on a
wood pedestal on the floor beside the door , for fresh air .
And then train on the computer a Fan to blow air on it .
Replace slow or damaged inside fans . and you also can add additional fans
inside the box.
The next step would be liquid cooling but that is for overclocked CPU's .

Also you can install a CPU INFO app , to monitor the fan speed and the
temperature of the core , mother board . video card etc.
